Foundation standing pose — align breath with a tall, steady spine.

- Stand with feet hip-width apart, weight balanced.
- Soften knees slightly; lift kneecaps without locking.
- Stack shoulders over hips; arms at sides, palms forward.
- Lengthen the crown toward the sky; relax jaw and eyes.
- Breathe evenly through the nose for 6–10 slow cycles.
