Vrksasana
A standing balance that builds focus; keep the standing leg strong.

- Shift weight into one foot; lift the other heel.
- Turn the lifted leg out; place foot on inner ankle, calf, or thigh (not on knee).
- Hands at heart or overhead; find a steady gaze.
- Press foot and standing leg toward each other; breathe.
- Release slowly; repeat on the second side.
